*1st DaY oF WoRk aFt mia-inG foR a MonTh* 3am

im so So so tired... phew! todae was the 1st day of work aft so lonGGggg break! aniwaes start frm morning.

went to comex fair with yutai, weik n wayne. we walk walk walk.. so big larhs the stupid place.. then trying to look for alex. wanted to surprise him de. so din call him n ask him which company he working for.. i tot juz walk will spot him de. then we walk til realli wan to die le i called him n ask. he sae pluto. even aft we noe the name, find pluto oso v hard. walk til we all so shack. Zzz.. in the enD none of us gotten anythiNG. wahhahaa

then aft tt we went to a stall beside beach rd mkt eat prawn mEe.. v nice! then we went to the mkt itself n ate dessert.. i finally get to eat the tang yuaN! i forgot was whu told me there v nice de.. finally got to try! yum yUm! relli nice. hehehe.. then we plae open numbers.. i kena both tiMe.. so Zzzz..

then aft tt we went to walk ard n chill @ the park view towers.. a v grand place.. dunno use for wat the.. we sit @ the escalator there talk rot.

then i went to work.. i was v worried for this whole week. cuz im not sure abt the new menu.. afraid i will make mistake 1st day of work.. so i went abit early to study the menu. it was alrites larhs.. not tt much changes as i expected. then i work as runner dwnstairs.. @ the beginning i was so scare u noe.. cuz im used to working upstairs.. then todae 1st day alreadi dwnstairs liaO. summore when i step into the cafe, out of 6 tables onli 1 table's game i noe how to plae.. everytime i step into the hall my heart goes "ba duM! ba DuM!" so afraid tt i will be of no help over there.. cuz i dunNo hw to plae so mani games. but slowly it became better. todae was super busy though.. @ a point in time i was tryin to handle 3 customers' request @ one go..

then there was this nice guy who came n look for games. and he ask me bout a game.. but i tolD him we dun have tt. the game he was describing sound familiar. aniwaes he wan a not so much of intellectual n not so much of no brainer for 10 players.. i was tinking die.. v difficult situation. cuz seems like wateva games i recommend he onli half interested. hahha.. then he mention he wan a game call granny's applE.. tis game realli sounded too familiar le.. so i asked him "u've been to mind cafe issit?" then he sae yeSH! and this is my 1st time over @ settlers.. when he said tt, i was super determine to make his 1st experience in settlers a gd one.. dun wan to lose to stupid mind cafe. he was relli easy to talk to toO.. he ask me abit bout myself. i like dis kind of customers.. they chat with u and acknowledge u.. it realli makes one feels gooD.

so aft tt dwnstairs was realli too busy.. he was upstairs' customer while i was suppose to be dwnstairs. so alot of time i cant serve them. but i went up to check on them once in awhile and he always give me this thumb up sign. was realli happie to see them having fun..

aft tt when he was about to leave, he came dwn to pass me the feedback form. i was quite surprise cuz javen was talking to him but he pass me the feedback form. so i took a look @ it. n he actually found out my name n wrote it under the staff tt serve them. and he gave good comments. n he also wrote: good job wanwei! it might not seEm significant to anyone else but to me, it was like a personal msg encouraging me. i was juz realli realli happie tt he appreciates it. but tt stupid willis kept sayin tt i flirt with him to get good commenTs.. GRrrr... hahhas.. even though we are host or so call waitress for the cafe, it will be veri nice to recieve some acknowledgement n praise frm the customers..

he mention bout our smiles made his day, and im glad to sae his made my day toO! :] this are the kind of satisfaction u get frm working in settlers.. cuz there are alot of human human interaction, which allows me to learn alot of thiNGs.. service line is realli not easy.. im glad im learning much frm my joB.

todae is a veri tirinG day.. im so tired now.. my specs spoils alreadi :( i crush it ytd while slping.. hahaha.. now have to bear with the crookedness.. Zzz...
