yesh ppl! im very much alive! im not dead n Bonsai, im not wilted. not yet. :]

just came back from NUS Science Camp (SCAM) few days ago n have been working since. tts y no time to update. phew~

realli quite tired. haha! aniwaes SCAM was alrites. quite fun, nt spirits not as high as CLS camp, budden the Fright Night is super good la! it cant beat anything man. haha.. the ghosts all damn professional.

my group as "Outlaws". close knitted in some sense. ppl all can get along well.

will be joing Rag & Flag i guess. shld be quite fun :]

*Gunung Stong!*2.45am

im back!!! from Stong! actually have been back for 5 days. haha! i tell u, this is the best trekking trip i have been to so far! i love it so much!!! just 3 days there but i felt so sad n bu she de when i left the place.

i went with NUS Rovers plus Weixin, Seow, Ileen n LP. budden almost 40% of them arent from NUS. haha! the ppl are nice, the place is beautiful n the guides there r fabulous! i cant describe in words how much i love the trip!

i met fun n realli nice ppl like Winnie, Weichuan, SK, Soon Hua, Foong Keow.... n many more!!! The guys r all so gentleman n caring. the girls are all so helpful n nice! omG. i dunno hw to describe anymore. haha!

we travelled on train frm JB on a 10hrs journey to Dabong, Kelantan. we have bunk beds on the train n we slpt tru out most of the journey.





Den we reached there 2nd day morning. met our guides Yo n Chek @ the train station n went caving! we went to 3 caves. there was 1 part where it was so damn narrow tt we hadda get down n slide our body tru this narrow gap. made me n Xin tot of the movie we watched together "The Descent". Scary... hahha

then we trek to basecamp w our big big bags. we took the forest trail instead of the waterfall one as it was raining causing it to be rather slippery. when we reached Baha basecamp we set up the tents. we then went to bath by the river. sooo cool! the waterfall is so pretty n the water so cold n clear n refreshing.

the guides felt so right at tt place. they stripped down to their tights n started jumping frm the rocks into the water. it just felt like they belong there. while we these urban kids were complaining of how cold the water is.

well, LP pulled me to this small rapids where she said is good to wash our body. in the end the current was so strong, one of my slippers got washed away. luckily the guides were below n i rmbed it was Chek who helped me retrieved my slipper. haha!

it started to pour while we were doing outdoor cooking. n all our tents were flooded. so in the end we hadda slp in the huts. the 5 of us squeezed in 1 bed. but it was quite cosy n nice. :]

the next day we woke up n my grp had french toast for breakfast. then we trek up to the summit. it was a 4 hrs trek. the summit was okay. when we rched the top, the clouds were below us. but most of them felt it to be disappointing. cuz the view werent exactly gorgeous.

aft tt we trek dwn, bathe, ate our dinner of rosti n chocolate fondue! yummy! hehes.. n then we had a singing session with the guides. Yo was playing the guitar n we were all huddled under the makeshift dining area. it was realli very cosy n nice lo! i love the atmosphere. we were all just relaxing, forgetting about studies, work, n any other problems n just having fun.

tt nite we slpt in the tents though. quite squeezy, n all our bags n groundsheet were still abit wet thus giving out a funny smell. haha.. but it was alrite larhs. manage to slp quite well. we woke up in the morning to catch the sunrise. the view there was absolutely breath-taking.





n we brushed our teeth by the river! :]



aft tt we had pancakes for breakfast! i realli love outdoor cooking! haha..

aft b/f we trek abit up to see the different waterfalls n oso did waterfall repelling!!! n i oso tried commando abseiling! weets! the waterfall one was realli quite scary n tough! it was so slippery. LP was the 1st to try n me the 2nd. LP was fast but she tio alot of injuries. i was damn slow cuz i was damn scared. hahaha! i grab the rope til my hand muscle ache la! n for quite some time i wasnt moving, but i tot i was. then Yo came n said "WHY ARE U NOT MOVING?!" hahaha!

commando abseiling is the one where u face downwards n abseil, like running down the slope inside of the normal buttocks 1st. it was nt very scary la, damn fun!

It started to rain n we hadda head back n get ready to trek dwn to Dabong. i felt quite sad then. while packing up to leave. luckily Yo n Chek n Sake acc us dwn. cuz Xin sprained her ankle during abseiling. SK, Xin, Yo n Me walked behind the rest of the group. the trail was wet n slippery, it was realli tough on Weixin. Luckily there was SK helping her frm the front, n me at the back n with Yo watching over us.

Halfway Chek came back n helped me with my 60Litres bag. then Soonhua oso came back. Yo tied a bandanna of some sort ard xin waist n Soonhua was pulling her frm the bag, while Xin held on to Yo in front.

I was behind them watching over n helping Soon hua with his back. oh yah! there was a leech on my big toe! i tried to get rid of it by flicking but i cldnt. n i had no time to get my medicated oil out as i was helping Xin. so it was qutie small. but suck my blood til quite big! Zzz.... when Soonhua took over me, i finally use Feng You n drip it on the stupid leech n it fell off.

but tt little wound start bleeding profusely. n by the time we reached dwnhill it was like this



haha! aniwaes b4 we reached dwnhill Sake came back n helped me with Soon Hua's bag la. the guides are realli super nice lo!!!

Aniwaes Soonhua, Yo, Sk, Xin n me were Singing all the way dwnhill lo.. it was Ku Zhong Zuo Le. Super fun! we sing Acapella, oldies. hahaha..i love them man! Finally we manage to reached the base just abit aft the rest reached. Zai right! hahaha!

we then bathed at the "resort" which is like open air toilets.. -.- haha! aft i bathe my wound was still bleeding la.. Chek help me put plaster! wahahaha! :] so caring rite! haha.. n then we went to eat beside the train station. i had Pattaya! the same when i 1st came. hahaa.. had a fun chat with Sk, Weichuan, Winnie, Rebecca, Ailing n Xin.

Then we said our Goodbyes n boarded the train bound for SG. i had a nice slp on the train. already starting to miss the place. sighs- but all good things come to an end n very soon i reached the Reality. haha..

i've been busy with work ever since i came back. tts why took so long to update. n now i've gotta go n slp. tml gotta wake up to go for Stilt walking lessons! hahaha! At the Zoo. good nite lo! :]

*Ahhh!!! a Snake!* 3.20am

today was my 2nd try @ followspot. Huiling let me have lots of hands-on. so tt i can be confident for tml. doing alone but with Mark's guidance. i screwed up abit at the Owl's flight. better pray tt tml will be good.

n since there's 2 of us @ followspot, they ask me to go down for Snake Drama. During the 2nd show, Shu Ya let me open the snake box n scream! it was quite fun. then we had to carry Tangerine up stage n put her over the 'Macho Man'. well today was my 1st appearance on stage n i was totally unprepared. haha... but nvm. learn as i go.

have been working quite a lot @ NS. so glad i will be going back to Settlers soon! :] every sat! but this coming one i can die. Sat work 11am-2am @ Settlers. Sun work 8.45am-12 midnite @ NS. and mon im off to Stong! haha.. hope i can climb to the top! :]

last week Sat met up with 2/4 ppl to celebrate GY n Wens bday. so glad to see them! :]
